Route 303 - Peninsula <*dv_2*>Located in the center of Cuyahoga Valley National Park, Happy Days Visitor Center was built in 1938 by the Civilian Conservation Corps as a summer camp for Akron children. The historic facility hosts a variety of events, including Cuyahoga Valley Heritage Series concerts, the Mountain Rose Folk Festival, the Peninsula Jazz Festival, and the annual Lyceum Distinguished Speaker Series.
