103 Tuscarawas Street W - Canal Fulton Journey back in time aboard the St. Helena III Canal Boat on an original section of the Ohio & Erie Canal. Departing from Canal Fulton's Community Park, the boat glides along while being pulled by a team of horses. At the far end of the cruise, the crew skillfully maneuvers the boat around the Lock 4 turning basin for the scenic trip home.
