The buildings on Tuscarawas Avenue between Fourth and Fifth Streets, built from 1891-1938, make up this National Register Historic District. The Tracy Block, where Barberton's incorporation papers were signed in 1892, is the oldest building. The district boasts restaurants, shops, a movie theatre, and live childrens theater.
